FireBox is a community in itself, so once you are a Firestarter customer you get access to the customer community, where you can discuss needs, experiences and access other customer experiences. Your FireBox dashboard enables you to directly communicate with the Firestarter support team, to log questions, issues, support requests or track progress on implementations.
